I had my package arrive in a timely fashion,
I ordered (IFAK, IFAk replacement kit, burn dressing, and a wound closurekit). When it arrived a few items wher missing. The customer service team was quick to respond to my emails. They were very helpful getting a replacement order out the door as quick as they could. And it arrived with everything that was missing with in the week. The products were high quality at a reasonable price. Would definitely recommend.
