Refund and Return Policy
We accept cancellations, but only prior to the shipment of your order. If the merchandise has already been shipped, you will have to wait until you receive the product to initiate the return process.
We offer a 30-day return policy effective from the date the item is received. Please initiate the return process by contacting us via our support email: firstname.lastname@example.org.
The item must be unused and in the same condition as received, including its original packaging.
Please note that due to customs regulations, powdered and liquid items are non-returnable. Make sure to consider this carefully before making a purchase.
For orders exceeding $1000, we strongly advise you to confirm the details of your order prior to placing it. Unless the goods received are not as described or are of substandard quality, returns for these orders are not accepted.
Partial refunds are applicable under the following conditions:
The item is not in its original condition, is damaged, or missing parts, and this condition is not due to our error.
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Upon receipt and inspection of your return, we will email you to acknowledge its receipt and inform you if your refund is approved. If approved, your refund will be processed and credited to your original form of payment within a specified number of working days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received your refund yet, please first check your bank account again, then contact your credit card company and your bank. If you've taken these steps and still haven't received your refund, please contact us at email@example.com.
We only offer exchanges for defective or damaged items. Please contact us within 72 hours of receiving your product to initiate the exchange process at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Items marked as gifts at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you are not eligible for refunds. Gift credits or gift certificates will not be issued for returned gifts.
Please contact us at email@example.com to return your product. You will be responsible for your own shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over $75.
