Refund and Return Policy

Order Cancellation

  • We accept order cancellations, but only prior to the shipment of your order. If the merchandise has already been shipped, you will need to wait until you receive the package to initiate the standard return process.

Returns

  • We offer a 30-day return policy, effective from the date the item is delivered. To initiate a return, please contact our support team at customerservice@rhinorescuestore.com.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.
  • Please note: Due to international customs regulations, any powdered or liquid items are strictly non-returnable. Please consider this carefully before completing your purchase.
  • We accept returns without a stated reason (change of mind). However, please note that once the original shipping packaging/outer seal has been opened, the product is no longer eligible for a "no-reason" refund, as it cannot be resold for hygiene and safety reasons.

High-Value Orders

  • For orders exceeding $1,000, we strongly advise you to double-check and confirm your order details prior to placing it. Unless the items received are demonstrably not as described or are of substandard quality, returns for high-value orders are generally not accepted.

Partial Refunds

  • Partial refunds may be granted under the following specific conditions:
    • The item is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
    • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after the initial delivery date.

Refund Process

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 3 to 7 business days.

Late or Missing Refunds

  • If you haven't received your refund yet, please first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take some processing time before your refund is officially posted.
  • If you have done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us immediately at customerservice@rhinorescuestore.com.

Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us within 72 hours of receiving your product at customerservice@rhinorescuestore.com to initiate the exchange process.

Gifts

  • Items marked as gifts when purchased and shipped directly to you are not eligible for direct cash refunds. Gift credits or gift certificates will not be issued for returned gift items.

Return Shipping

  • To return your product, you must first contact us at customerservice@rhinorescuestore.com for the correct return address.
  • You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • If you are shipping items valued over $75, we strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
