Please note that we require an average of 1-2 business days to fulfill, process, and pack your order before dispatching it from our warehouse. All shipping timelines specified below start after the order has been handed over to the carrier.

To comply with global trade, transparency, and advertising standards, our shipping fees and estimated delivery times are categorized by destination country and order value/weight below. Rest assured, we do everything in our power to ensure a swift and safe delivery.

For Pre-Ordered or Back-Ordered Items

If your order contains a pre-ordered or back-ordered item, we will immediately ship the items we currently have in stock. The remaining pre-ordered or back-ordered items will be fulfilled and shipped as soon as they become available. Therefore, if you ordered multiple items in a single transaction and they arrive separately, please do not worry—the rest of your order is on its way and will arrive shortly.

Tracking Your Order

Once your package is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email and/or text message (if a mobile phone number was provided) containing a tracking ID and a direct link to monitor the journey of your shipment. To track your package at any time, please visit our dedicated Tracking Page.

Note: Please allow 1-2 business days for the carrier to update and display the initial tracking information on their system.

Wrong Address Disclaimer

It is the sole responsibility of the buyer to ensure that the shipping address entered at checkout is correct. Because we strive to accelerate our processing and shipping times, there is only a very narrow window to modify or correct an address. Customs, Duties, and Taxes (International Shipping)

Rhino Rescue Store is not responsible for any customs fees, import duties, clearance tariffs, or brokerage taxes applied by the destination country's government authorities. All expenses incurred during or after transit are the absolute responsibility of the customer. We highly encourage reviewing your local customs criteria prior to final purchase.

Returns

Lost/Stolen Packages

Rhino Rescue Store is not liable for lost or stolen packages that have been confirmed as delivered by the carrier. If your tracking information explicitly states that your package was delivered to your address but you have not received it, please report the issue directly to the respective shipping carrier using the contact details provided on our Tracking Page.
