As a child, Alan's love for sports and camping was nurtured by his parents. Those annual camping trips became the highlight of his younger years, often taking place near the captivating sea. It was during one such camping expedition that a hilarious incident occurred, forever etching a memory in Alan's mind. Excited by the prospect of catching a fish, he managed to hook a sizable sole. However, his elation quickly turned to puzzlement as he realized he had no idea how to unhook the feisty catch. Frantically, he dashed back to his father, seeking assistance, and providing everyone with a good laugh in the process.
Military Training Experience
At the tender age of 18, Alan embarked on his military career, venturing into the Army. This chapter brought him invaluable lessons in discipline, team spirit, and specialized knowledge. However, it was Alan's passion for physical conditioning and personal training that ultimately led him to his current occupation. Alongside guiding expeditions, he finds immense joy in assisting individuals, be they everyday people or military personnel, in reaching their physical potential.

The most profound shift occurred during a challenging chapter in his life when he battled a severe lung infection that landed him in the hospital for 11 long days. With 80% of his lungs affected and facing skepticism from doctors, fear and uncertainty loomed large. It was during this trying period that Alan found solace in his faith, emerging with renewed strength and determination. This life-altering experience ignited a change in perspective, prompting him to live every moment with utmost intensity, cherishing each passing day.
Training Work
Within his work, Alan encountered impactful training and first-aid experiences that left an indelible mark on his soul. His time in the Army involved rescuing individuals in hard-to-reach locations, propelling him to undergo numerous courses and constantly update his knowledge in areas such as Advanced Pre-Hospital Care (APH) and Stop the Bleeding techniques. These newfound skills have empowered him to provide crucial aid to those in need, fostering a sense of purpose and fulfillment.
