Soluble hemostatic gauze

I have had great success. Including on myself after a fall on sharp rocks. It is always in my personal first aid kit. The real challenge is getting administration (the high ups) to see the true value. Many times even in wilderness you may only be a couple of hours from the doctor. I still se the value even in an urban setting. In my head it is simple the sooner we stop or slow down control the bleeding the greater chance the patient has.
