I wish that this was available back when I started my career in EMS, back in 1984.The ability to add these to a severely bleeding wound,helps to ensure that the bleeding will have a much better and faster chance of slowing and clotting of to stop,than only using direct wound pressure,elevation,pressure points and fast,safe and skillfull Emergency Vehicle driving and operation.I am so impressed,that I amordering more.This is a MUST HAVE for any TRAUMA First Aid Kit,as well as a rapid application tourniquet,which is also available at RHINORESCUE.

Haven't had to use it yet, so that's good. But I will be picking up some more to throw them in my kits as this is a very useful thing to have.
