Firstly i will state there are 2 major issues with this for some people, namely the items not been rated for use by some services or organisations and secondly the reliance on made in China components, getting away from that this IFAK kit is a great start with fantastic items inside, it had everything necessary and even some stuff that are not seen in comparable kits (namely the nasal airway equipment) the items seen sturdy and hard wearing enough and of course if you really need a tourniquet a China made great quality one is as life savings as a quality one made elsewhere, I don't care who potentially saves a life as long as they do so, as for the things that I would like to see in this kit it would be helpful if there was another more regular bandage alongside the fantastic Israeli style bandage but that can be sorted simply
Overall I'd say this is a fantastic start of a purpose built IFAK if not just get and go, I added a splint and a couple extra wound covers (bandages and the likes) and I'm 100% confident and happy that in the case the need arises the items will serve perfectly
